Katherine Dollison is a New York City-based NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over five years of experience helping clients build strength, lose weight, and develop habits that hold up in real life — not just in the gym.
Her approach is equal parts results-driven and deeply human. Katherine specializes in working with busy professionals who need programming that fits their actual schedule, and she brings the same creativity and precision to client coaching that she brings to everything else she touches. (She also built the entire content and marketing ecosystem for A+ Enhanced Athletes from the ground up — so she understands the full picture of what it takes to show up consistently.)
